• Hello,

first of all a big thank you for your extension.

I have a problem, though. When I use the extension, if I log out, my top administrator bar tells me that I am logged in but not. Same, if I connect to the Backend and I go to the site, on the home page it’s as if I’m not connected but as soon as I go in an article for example there I am, the page Aministrator appears … I think it’s a problem with cookies but I spent the day trying to solve the problem without getting there … If I disable the extension it works …

    Can you help me ?

Thank you very much and thank you again for this great plugin

    Sorry for my bad english

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thank you for using our plugin and I am really sorry to hear about the i
ssues that you are facing. I would strongly suggest to disable cache for
logged in users. This can be done from the menu Performance >
Page cache. In there scroll down and search for :

Don’t cache pages for logged in users

Make sure that option is eabled. Also, right under, there is the option :

Do not cache pages for following user roles:. From there you can
select the users that you want to have excluded from cache.

I hope this helps and if there is anything else, please feel free to ask.

Thank you for using W3 Total Cache!
    Kind regards!
    Bogdan S.
