[Problem] I can not logout

    Hi, when I login into my student dashboard I can not logout because when I press the button I am redirected to a confirmation page, I clic logout again and the session still is “active”. Actually, I can see my courses but when I try to view a lesson I am told that I have to buy the course, so my session is not active, but I can see my dashboard and I don’t have any way to put my credentials again.

    Can you tell me how fix this problem please?

    @jaimemedina,

    It sounds like you may have some caching issues but it’s pretty hard to know what’s actually happening here. This is of course not EXPECTED functionality and is a problem but I have no idea why it’s happening.

    We do ask you to post your system report so that I don’t have to guess at potential conflicts.

    Could you please post that for me, redacting any private information you don’t feel like sharing. Leaving at least theme & plugin info as well as your general settings information.

    I’d like to see your site too if you could post a link to your site.

    Thank you very much for your reply.

    How can you see, I do not have any cache plugins, and my hosting tried to help me but they could not. I was told that maybe it is a LifterLMS bug, but I am not so sure because my web designer did some tests in other hosting and everything was fine.

    Now I do not know what else to do. I hope you have the answer

    @jaimemedina,

    Since you’re using LifterLMS WooCommerce you’re more than likely using the WooCommerce My Account page instead of the LifterLMS Student Dashboard. This means that the logout button that’s causing you issues MAY be a WooCommerce issue, not a LifterLMS issue. It’s hard to say without being able to view it firsthand.

    Also, the version of LifterLMS WooCommerce is nearly a year outdated. You should upgrade to the latest version.

    The fact that your developer can’t reproduce this on another server leads me to believe that it’s not necessarily a LifterLMS issue… Is that other server running the same theme and plugins as this one?
