Problem image size

Hi,
I purchased this amazing pluging yesterday, but unfortunately I have a problem with the image size. It’s fix, even if I change the scroll barre “Image Width” or “Image Height” the image stay always the same. I’m new in wordpress and I will be very happy if someone can help me.
