I’m trying to import woocommerce billing country e.g.:

Username Email billing_country
testname [email protected] United Kingdom (UK)

All fields update correctly but not the Country field. Am I missing something obvious?

Needs to be in the format of 2 letter county code – doh.

Yes, you have to use the list of countries with two letters created by ISO.
