We have confirmed that we can access the Vendor tab without any issue on our environment. The associated URL during successful navigation is indeed my-website/wp-admin/admin.php?page=dokan-dashboard#/vendors.

The issue you mentioned—where the URL only works when you remove the word dashboard—may be triggered by the lack of proper permalink configuration synchronization between WordPress and the Dokan plugin.

To resolve this, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
2. Go to Settings > Permalinks.
3. Without making any changes, scroll down and click the Save Changes button.

By resaving the configuration once again, you force WordPress to refresh its rewrite rules, which typically resolves this kind of routing error within Dokan.
