Problem in form loading correctly

Hi,

I’ve done to forms for my site and, as I can’t get WPML to translate everything, one is in English and the other is in French.
On all but one page the french ones seem to load ok but on the Chambres d’hôtes page it doesn’t.
For example http://www.closdesguyons.com/le-chenin-gite-pour-2-ou-3-personnes/?lang=fr shows the form correctly.
Whilst http://www.closdesguyons.com/chambres-dhotes-du-val-de-loire/?lang=fr doesn’t.

If you inspect the element code you’ll see that the first page is correctly showing the form name as Réservations_fr-2.
Whilst the second one shows Reservations-1 which is the English form even though it is partly translated when it uploads to the site, (probably the bits I managed to get done in WPML). It is also showing Réservations_fr-2 on the dropdown list in the widget.
I’m a bit lost so would appreciate a little help.
