problem in Hebrew

Hi I have bought a wordpress theme and it work just fine.

However when I try to create page and give them names in Hebrew, for some reason I don’t see it.

It seem as a problem of encoding but not in the client side.
Because when I check the code in the browser I see nothing when there should be the name of the page.
When I change the name to english, I do see.
