Problem with Facebook plugin

    Hi ,

    I Have a wordpress website it was up and running great until i tried to install a plugin to add the facebook LIKE button to the page ,after the plugin installation complete it said error activating plugin and this error comes up : Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in C:\inetpub\vhosts\fadiaelmendelek.com\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\social-media-sharing\social-media-sharing.php on line 91 . now every time i go to http://www.fadiaelmendelek.com/wp-admin and try to sign in the error above comes up i cannot access the admin panel anymore. i am new to wordpress, Kindly asking you for any detailed help .

    Why are you using such an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress asap. As you have such an old version of WordPress, you will now need to carry out a series of smaller manual upgrades. See Upgrading_WordPress_Extended for the full details.

    hi Esmi, Thank you for your reply, Can you please provide me with steps that i need to follow first to fix the error and then i will proceed to the wordpress update.

    FTP into your site (or whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content\plugins\social-media-sharing\ folder.

    i very thankful for your replies but i am trying to connect with FileZilla and its showing this error :

    Command: USER admin
    Response: 331 Password required for admin.
    Command: PASS ********
    Response: 530 User cannot log in.
    Error: Critical error
    Error: Could not connect to server

    please do you have any suggestion.

    Contact your hosts about this. We cannot help you with FTP. Only they can.
