Problem in other language

    I use Spain version of my WP site (lang=”es”), and English language for current user. I see this problem in plugin

    In addition, as you can see, the description fields in the plugin admin panel are not translated, although they are already translated on the front end.

    Can you fix it please ?

    Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the trouble there!

    I have just tested this issue on my end but I’m afraid that I could not reproduce the issue with the Spanish site language.

    It also seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance so that our team can help to troubleshoot the issue further? 

    From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

    This is not my site so I can’t create a ticket and share details.

    It’s WPForms 1.9.3.1

    What the problem to see the problem with uncorrect transleiting in admine parts for… labels

    <label class="wpforms-sub-label">First</label>
    <label class="wpforms-sub-label">Last</label>

    and others… just Setup other version of WP and create fields with all Fields and will saw incorrect translation for <labels>

    I’m afraid that this forum is more suitable for issues that affect the Lite version of the plugin. Would you mind requesting your client to create a ticket and CC you in the reply? Our support team will be happy to investigate the issue further and resolve the translation problem quickly. Please note that you can also extend translations for the plugin by following the steps in this guide.
