I was trying to change the name of Repeat Password field. When I clicked on save changes button it continuously loading and not saved. Please help to resolve the issue. I have already update the plugin.

  • Hi there,

I have seen this a few times before. Continuous loading and not saving sounds a lot like a conflict with some other code.

Please do the following conflict test: *briefly* disable all other plugins and enable a default theme such as Twenty Seventeen. If this solves the problem, as it likely will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Please let us know what the conflict is so that we can see what we can do about it.

Can you please help me to resolve this.

    Hey there,

Have you already performed the conflict test and if so, what is the result?

    Thanks,

    Hi,
I appreciate your support. The plugin is conflicting with Events Calendar Pro plugin. But i want both plugins.
Can we solve this by other way than deactivating?

    Thanks.

    Hi there,

Hopefully this can be solved in another way than deactivating.

This Events Calendar Pro plugin that you are using. It is a paid plugin, right?

Can you also try and see if the problem persists with the free version?

    Hello,

The problem not persist with free version of the events calendar plugin.
But I need to use the free and pro version. Its paid plugin.

    Thanks

    Hello again,

So the problem is not present when using the free versions of both plugins.

But the problem is present when using the free version of our plugin and the paid version of their plugin.

    Correct?

If so, we can’t do much to fix this because we do not have access to their paid version.

So it sounds like you need to take this to *their* development team.

In case they say no, maybe ask if they can provide us with a paid version so that we can take a look at it and see if we can do anything from our side.

    Best,
