There are some issues with Facebook tags in the current version of the plugin. I’m hoping to release a new version any day now, which might solve your problem, but in the meantime, if you post a link to a page on your site that demonstrates the issue it would help me troubleshoot.

Your site doesn’t appear to support https, which Facebook requires for video playback on their embedded posts. You need to install an SSL certificate on your server.

A play button overlay that links to the website isn’t an option that Facebook offers as far as I can tell. If you find a site that does work that way, please let me know so I can inspect their Open Graph tags and figure out how they do it. Otherwise I recommend disabling my plugin’s Open Graph option in the plugin settings page and using Jetpack or an SEO plugin like Yoast’s.

your plugin working but only in mobile

That’s Facebook’s choice to make. It works one way on mobile and another way on desktop browsers. I don’t have control over that. If you can find a site that works the way you want on a desktop browser, that would be very helpful to me.
