Hi,
Apologies, I’m editing the reply here.
Just to check, when you say that the Dropbox plugin is down, does it mean that it’s not activating at all?
If that’s the case, there could be several causes and it would be best to start by contacting the plugin authors so that they can check. If you’re using the WooCommerce Dropbox plugin, here’s their forum: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce-dropbox/
If the problem is quite different, be sure to elaborate further and we’ll be happy to assist.
Thanks.

Hello
I checked and found that the WooCommerce Dropbox plugin has no problem and the user’s problem is in the final link that is provided to the user by WooCommerce after purchase.
The user will encounter this error after clicking on the link:
The file was not found. Go to the store
Thanks for getting back.
Regarding the notification “The file was not found. Go to the store“, it seems that you’re experiencing an issue regarding the changes to downloads handling from WooCommerce Version 5.5.0.
You will find an explanation and workarounds in this thread: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/file-not-found-error-for-downloadable-product-orders/page/2/#post-14665422
Thanks.

thanks for your guide. My problem is currently solved with the “Redirect Only” method.
Thanks for the update.
The Redirect Only method is actually the option recommended when using links from cloud storage services. You can read more from here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/digital-downloadable-product-handling/#can-i-use-cloud-storage-to-store-my-files-and-downloads
I’ll go ahead and mark the thread as resolved but please feel free to create a new thread if you have any other questions.
Cheers!
