Problem Installing plugin's

    I was endeavoring to install a plugin this morning and got this message.

    “The uploaded file could not be moved to public_html/wp-content/uploads/2011/05.”

    I have permissions set properly but still get this message and unable to install. Any ideas as to what to do with this situation? Please advise.
