    Hello,
I am using Coursepress latest plugin version.

I have a student/client who login to the online course on her Mac laptop, and stay logged in at all time. But problem occur when she try to login at the same time on her ipad and her iphone.

Is there a setting in the Admin I can enable or disable to allow here to simultaniously be logged in on all her devices?

Is this an issue , problem only occuring on Mac /Apple devices? Because I personally dont see the same problem on my PC laptop and being at the same time logged in on my smartphone, Android as well.

    Please advice,
    thanks in advance

    Hey @theillustrator,

    Hope you’re well.

I tried with MacBook Air and iPhone 7+ but couldn’t replicate the problem. I can successfully use the Course with two device. Can you give more detailed information about what kind of issue are you facing?

Do you have any screenshot or error code? Did you try plugin conflict or theme conflict test?

    Cheers,
    Oguz

    Hello Oguz,

Thank you very much for getting back to me. As it happens, just yesterday the person taking my onlinecourse, and who is using Mac, got back to me and said it was now possible to log into all the devices simutaniously, at the same time: Macbook pro, Ipad and iphone. I didnt think the screenshots I was given gave that much information. I presume it was something very local happening on her Mac devices. Therefore I think we can close this ticket.
