I have the Manual Payment Gateway activated, but when I enter the front-end I do not get the option to pay

Would you provide us with a copy of your system report (https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-use-the-lifterlms-system-report/) and a link to the checkout page that isn’t working so we can take a look and see what’s going on here?

Also note: if you’re already enrolled in the course you cannot checkout/pay again.

If you’re an admin and enrolled yourself you will not see the pricing plans / checkout options.
