    I have problems after the latest update on my site.
    The stars work fine when there is no star on the post or page but no one can add any more votes afterwards.
    I have changed the theme to the default and deactivated all plugins, and still does not work:
    “The plugin generated 848 characters of unexpected output during activation.

    If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.”

    Most likely it is a theme or plugin conflict. I can’t reproduce this problem on my end.

    Hi,
    I have created a staging site, I have disabled all plugins and changed to twenty eleven theme.
    I have replaced the folder with a new one downloaded from here, in case there was a corrupt file from older updates.
    The problem is still there.
    The votes only work on new posts with no votes, after that it does not work, and it return the error on activate I wrote on my first post.

    Is there any email I can send you the staging site credentials so you can have a look into it?

    Ok, I found the issue.
    It was a problem with the text configuration for the plugin. There was a mistake so the image was shown but not the “vote option”.

    Reset to default fixed the problem, so the plugin is ok.
