problem on email verification

Hi there,

I’ve installed wp-members plugin and everything was done successfully. But the the email verification email has a problem. users who registered are not receiving any activation email. new members have successfully registered but no notification/confirmation in their emails for their account passsword as will as the completion their registration. they could not log in because no pass confirmation was sent in their emails. I was able to confirm the issue after registering. Already checked my span/junk folders and no email verification has been received. The said account has been added on the members database of the admin, but the only problem is the confirmation email with password for the newly registered members.
