Problem on smaller screens

    In the window which opens when you click the «Add Media» button, the folder list on the left hand side is barely usable on smaller screens.

    The following screenshot was made on standard 13 inch notebook:

    Suggestions:

    1. Offer a compact version of the toolbar (New Folder, Rename Folder, Delete Folder) with just the icon (no text) and place it on the the right hand side of the title “Folders”.
    2. Put the default WP actions and the File Bird folders list in two separate tabs.
