    Hi,
    the tickets bought (those by credit card?) on Event Ticket, remain in the “pending” state, the money does not appear on paypal, the customer does not receive an email and I do not have his name. But the number of tickets is decreasing. I don’t see if the money has been debited to them and if so, where did it go? I don’t have the names of these people, nor do I have a contact. What should I do?

    This is what it shows me:

    Total Tickets Ordered: 336,00€ (28)

    Completed: 108,00€ (9)
    Refused: 24,00€ (2)
    Not completed: 72,00€ (6)
    Pending: 228,00€ (19)

    Please check the setting under Events > Settings > Tickets > Stock Handling to see if it’s set to the Pending option instead of Completed. More information is available in our Knowledgebase article, How to Set up Tickets Commerce.

    It may also be worth running through the steps in our Troubleshooting PayPal Issues article.

    Lastly, yes, this could be related to anonymous credit card orders. The solution is to enable the “Require users to log in before they purchase tickets” setting in Settings > Tickets > Login Requirements. Our Anonymous purchases with Tickets Commerce article has more info!
