Hi,
the tickets bought (those by credit card?) on Event Ticket, remain in the “pending” state, the money does not appear on paypal, the customer does not receive an email and I do not have his name. But the number of tickets is decreasing. I don’t see if the money has been debited to them and if so, where did it go? I don’t have the names of these people, nor do I have a contact. What should I do?This is what it shows me:
