problem permalink

    hi,
    while checking my website on google, i’ve found out that my website has a doubled post,all my pages are doubled exemple:

    exemple.com/blog/?p=123
    exemple.com/blog/post-title-123.html

    i’ve already set permalink, but, they are both indexed in google ;
    normally, the default wordpress links redirect to the permalink , so why they don’t ?
