Problem posting in Thai

    Hi all,

    I just signed up with a WordPress hosting service and got a WordPress blog up and running. Everything looked like it was working fine until I tried to post in Thai. All characters turned ?????. How can I fix this?

    I tried to look up topics about languages and I’ve seen something about changing WordPress interface which I don’t really need. I also saw something about language switching plug-in that will require you to mark in your post which language to display it in that seems kinda tedious.

    Before getting my own host, I used other free WordPress services and I can just post in Thai without having to add any special code; how could I configure WordPress to do that?

    Just to answer my own question in case anybody experiences the same problem; I finally figured out that it was the problem with MySQL collation setting. I have no knowledge of MySQL, but sort of searched and guessed my way in and change everything from latin (something) to utf8.

    Now.. if only I know how to set it so that in the future I don’t have to go in and change it each time I install a new blog -_-”
