Hello, I have a problem with the plugin, in diagnostics it tells me: “The plugin is not suitable for receiving reviews because the REST API is deactivated”, if I deactivate the Wordfence plugin it works perfectly but when I activate it again Wordfence gives an error again . Can you help me create a rule in the security program to solve the problem?

    Thank you.

Hi @vulka13, thanks for getting in touch.

It does look like the firewall is possibly blocking an outgoing or incoming connection as a false-positive. Sometimes IPs need to be allowed from some services or plugins if they are caught in this way.

If you turn on Learning Mode, this may help. From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now visit the diagnostics page that was being blocked and any other pages or endpoints that require the plugin to be active. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.

Let me know how you get on!

    Peter.

Sure enough, it was the firewall that had my IP blacklisted.
Thank you very much and greetings.
