problem quantity tickets

    When the customer selects, for example, 4 tickets, the price is correct, but in woocommerce and in the purchase confirmation email, the quantity is 1 and this generates confusion, how can I change it?
    I have the free version.

    Event added to the order as a single item, but the ticket type are correctly counted under the event, so please check the ticket type name and its quantity section in the woocommerce order and email section.
