If emails are not being sent, please check how your website handles outgoing emails. Many hosting mail servers are not properly configured for sending PHP emails, so messages may fail to send or end up in the spam folder.
Our theme uses the standard WordPress wp_mail() function to send emails. We cannot fully control or guarantee email delivery, as this depends on your hosting mail server and email environment.
To investigate this further, we recommend installing the WP Mail Logging plugin. It will help you verify whether emails are actually being triggered and sent from the calculator or not, giving you a clear picture of what happens during the email-sending process.
