I’ve problem receving mail…none of my clients receive mail from our site. The email test is successful. I’ve a mail server Microsoft 365 with 2FA and I’ve set the special password for the mail that chosen to be the sender “[email protected]”. I see that the sending comes out from the serverplan hosting server, in unauthenticated form and from a standard email “[email protected]”, instead of the email I set in the plugin.

I’m not using your Office extension…is it a problem?

    I use these settings:

    Server SMTP: smtp.office365.com

    Porta SMTP: 587

    Crittografia: STARTTLS

    Autenticazione OAuth2: Abilitata

    Client ID: (Da Azure AD)

    Client Secret: (Da Azure AD)

    Email mittente: [email protected]

pwd: password generated from Office365 (to bypass 2FA).

    Hello @fralori

Thank you so much for sharing requested information. Due to changes in Office 365 policies regarding SMTP connection we recommend users to utilize our Pro socket for the connection, as they face issues.

However, you can try the connection again with changing the authentication type to Login & try sending a test email.

I look forward to your feedback.

    Warm regards,
