I just psuhed out a 1.1.7.6 release which has resolved this issue. When I updated our framework to CMB2, some of the field names changed and caused a few issues.
I’ve gone ahead and updating the code in the necessary locations, and after some testing things seem to be ok on my end.

Yes,I’ve uninstalled the old version and upload the new.I’ve also tried to disable all themes and plugin using only wp default theme but i’ve the same problem
And this is happening on announcement edit page? Or on the settings paage?
On the settings page. If i change some setting and i save,nothing saves
I just re-tested things on my end, with twentythirteen active and only timeline express running…I changed the default announcement icon to ‘ban’ and hit save. I refreshed the page and it appears that the default icon did infact save properly.
What language is your site running?
italian, i’ve tried using firefox and chrome
Well that may be the issue. I would try switching over to english to test.
I may need to go through and update the translation files.

You should probably be the one to let me know if the English translation files work for you. I won’t know if they do or don’t.
Also, on that note, if it does – I don’t speak Italian, so the only other option is to remove the Italian translation all together.
