When selecting variable product attributes, it always displays the same thing. This even happens with simple products!
It often adds a product that does not correspond to the cart.

Its a new installation working with elementor 3, php 8.4

Welcome to the WooCommerce forum! I understand how worrying it is when selecting attributes always shows the same thing and the cart ends up with the wrong product—especially on a fresh setup. I checked your site and could reproduce an add-to-cart issue: from https://rojored.cl/trinidad/producto/top-roberta-avellana/ the button sends me to https://rojored.cl/trinidad/producto/top-leonora-negro/ (which 404s). That kind of behavior usually points to a redirect or a theme/plugin conflict (often a custom “Add to Cart” widget pointing to the wrong product ID, caching/minification, or a redirect rule).

Here’s a focused set of steps to fix it:
1. Quick, safe resets • Go to Settings → Permalinks and click “Save Changes” (flushes rewrite rules). • WooCommerce → Status → Tools: run “Clear customer sessions”, “Clear transients”, and “Regenerate product lookup tables”. • WooCommerce → Settings → Products → General: temporarily uncheck “Redirect to the cart page after successful addition”.
2. Turn off caching/minification while testing You’re running SpeedyCache (and Pro). Caching/minify can break add-to-cart/variation scripts. • Purge all cache. Then temporarily deactivate both SpeedyCache plugins and any server cache. • When you re-enable later, exclude: /carrito/, /finalizar-compra/, /mi-cuenta/, and query strings containing ?add-to-cart=; also exclude wc-ajax=, /cart/, /checkout/, /my-account/. Avoid combining/defering WooCommerce/Elementor JS.
3. Conflict test (most important diagnostic) • Switch to the Storefront theme. • Deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. • Test the same product page again. — If it works now, reactivate plugins in small batches to find the culprit. Given your stack, first re-enable Elementor (free), then Elementor Pro, then JetProductGallery, then FiboSearch, checking each time.
4. Elementor-specific checks (common cause for “wrong product” in cart) If the issue only appears with Elementor active: • Edit your Single Product template in Elementor. Make sure the button is the “Single Add To Cart” widget and its Source (or Product) is set to Current Product, not a specific product. • If you’re using a custom “Add to Cart” widget or a button in a Loop/Archive template, ensure it uses the dynamic current product ID (not a hardcoded product). • Temporarily remove/disable JetProductGallery on that template and retest. • If you built the product page with a custom Elementor layout, try the default WooCommerce single-product template to compare.
5. Variation setup sanity check On one affected variable product: • In the Attributes tab, confirm “Used for variations” is checked. • In Variations, delete & recreate (try “Create variations from all attributes”), then Save. • Ensure each variation has stock status, price, and (ideally) a unique SKU. • As a control, create a brand-new test variable product using only the default WooCommerce editor (no Elementor template) and test add-to-cart there.
6. Redirect rules & SEO plugin You have SiteSEO (Softaculous). Check for any auto-created redirects: • In the SEO/redirect settings (and in .htaccess if applicable), look for rules affecting /producto/top-roberta-avellana/ or sending to /top-leonora-negro/. Remove/disable any such rules and retest. • Also confirm there isn’t a trashed/duplicate product with the same or similar slug that might be triggering a redirect.
7. Console & logs (helps pinpoint JS/PHP issues) • Open your browser dev tools → Console while adding to cart; if you see JS errors, grab a screenshot. • WooCommerce → Status → Logs: check today’s logs (e.g., fatal-errors-…), and share any entries when you click Add to Cart. • Since WP-Cron shows as disabled, make sure you have a real server cron calling wp-cron.php, or re-enable WP-Cron while testing.
8. Server/PHP limits (Elementor + variations benefit from higher limits) Ask your host to raise temporarily: max_input_vars to 5000, max_execution_time to 120, post_max_size and upload_max_filesize to 64M. Then retest.

Please run the conflict test in step 3 and tell me the first plugin whose re-activation brings the issue back. If it’s tied to Elementor, a screenshot of your Single Product template showing the Add to Cart widget settings will help. If you spot any redirect in your SEO plugin for those product slugs, let me know what you find.
