Thanks for keeping in touch. There could be several reasons for the schedule notification function not working on your site. Before moving forward, I would suggest that you,
- Switch to a default theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Five).
- Disable all other plugins except the WP ERP plugin.
- Clear all caches (plugin, server, CDN).
- Schedule it and test email notifications.
- Reactivate plugins one by one and test each time to find the conflict.
