    Hi, we have a problem sending a mail, the download never appears because it shows this error on the log:

    Updating WordPress core to 5.9 and Contact Form to latest version I could manage this to work, but it caused troubles with the theme and builder so we had to force a rollback to 4.9.

    Is there any way to patch this? I’ve tried both custom smtp and gmail smtp, but I couldn’t make it work.

    Hi @dspthrowaway2022,
    If you could also provide what theme you are using? Is the theme free? So we are able to try and replicate it on our end? You mentioned you needed to roll back to 4.9. What was rolled back? Was it WordPress? The Ebd plugin?

    Hi, we are using Jupiter theme. We had to rollback WordPress core to 4.9.

    Jupiter is not free (not to be confused with the new version, Jupiter X). It uses a modified version of WPBakery Visual Composer that doesn’t work with the latests version of WordPress since 4.9.

    Hi @dspthrowaway2022,

    Thank you for providing all this information. Could you please explain further why you are using version 4.9? A possible solution could be to download older versions of EBD and try it with the version of WP you are currently using.

    We have to use version 4.9 because with the latest version of Jupiter and the latest version of WordPress, the plugin WPBakery doesn’t work, just with 4.9, and that plugin is the visual builder so without it, we lose the rest of the page.

    Can you suggest a version to download of EBD?

    Hi @dspthrowaway2022,

    I am sorry to inform you that we are unable to suggest a previous version. They have been continuously updated to the current version of WordPress. Our best suggestion would be to just go back to each previous version and see if one works.
