It seems the issue is specific to your site, where one of the existing plugins on the site may be conflicting with ProfileGrid. Could you please try deactivating all other plugins on the site, except for ProfileGrid, and check if the issue persists?
If the issue is resolved after deactivating all other plugins, you’ll need to identify the conflicting plugin by activating each plugin one by one and recreating the issue with ProfileGrid after each activation.

Solved, it was a cache problem, but now a more serious problem has arisen, nothing is notified via email when they start messaging. Not even when a new user registers does an email arrive to the site administrator, and the setting is enabled. Why?
