Problem Sending Test Email

    Hi,

    I set up the plugin with my website https://aarcroof.com/ and used the Brevo API and I’ve done this multiple times before with other sites without any issues. However, this time for this website I’m facing an issue where it says “There was a problem while sending the test email.” Can anyone please recommend what could be the issue and how to fix this? It’s a little bit urgent. Thank you.

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    When you get a chance, could you please share a full error log recorded when you send a test email from WP Mail SMTP > Tools? Here’s a screenshot for the option to get a full error log.

    This will give us an idea of what might be going on.
