Ok you want your sitemaps to point to post names in languages you created those well that’s impossible without q-translate slug.
I guess you want to achieve this right ?

You must use q-translate slug to get slugs for languages.
Strange but somehow i noticed my sitemaps redirect so i guess i have small issue to find a fix for .

Yes make a backup first for any case for me it works fine after installing it you have to add slugs to posts you have created so far for new posts it will create slugs by post title.
