    Are you using latest version of Email Subscribers (v3.1.2)? If not, please update to latest version & then have a check.

    Even though the notice says there was a problem with the request, but does that subscriber’s email gets subscribed under Subscribers?

    Also, please check the file and folder permissions on your site. By default, the files and folder permissions should be 644 and 755 respectively. So, request you to kindly have a check with the permissions of files & folder using FTP.

    Adding further, please provide us your site url where the issue is happening so that we can check into it.
