    I work with the addition of Vocommerce to sync Facebook products and actually features with the variations or not appearing at all and the variations or just some of them.

    Hi @yi0529777288,

    What are some features of the variations not syncing to Facebook? Are all products syncing, but features are missing?

    It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    It looks like you are up to date which is great so I want to check a few other things with you.

    First, are all variations of all variable products impacted, or are you seeing only certain items that do not sync successfully?

    Second, are you attempting to sync more than 100 variations of the same product? If so we’d suggest bringing that number down below 100 to see if the problem is resolved. (See: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-products-are-not-displaying-in-facebook-shop/#variations)

    How do I set it to take only 100 products with variations? And suppose it syncs well what about the other products over 100? Inside this product displays 2 out of 3 variations usually

    We mean to have products that have less than 100 variations in them – you can have 100+ individual products, but Facebook has an issue with individual variable products that have over 100 variations associated with them.

    And suppose it syncs well what about the other products over 100? Inside this product displays 2 out of 3 variations usually

    I took a look over the site, in particular the Earrings area with products such as this one.

    I am not seeing many products that have a lot of variations, are there specific products that are not syncing at all? If you do not mind, you can turn on Sync logs under Marketing > Facebook and then do a sync under the Sync tab, and in there see if it shows any specific errors.

    Thanks for letting us know. Can you please check that product in the admin area of your site > go to the “Variations” tab and see if all the three variations have “Sync and show in catalog” selected for Facebook Sync option? Please see this screenshot for reference: https://d.pr/i/Bdv03c

    A couple more things to try here:

    First, do all these variations have stock, or are they out of stock? The reason I’m asking is because Facebook will not sync out of stock items, so if something has 0 inventory, it will not sync over.

    Second, what happens if you edit the product in WooCommerce and reset its data on the Facebook side? You can use this link to do so:
