    You’ll need to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /otter-blocks/ directory.

    This will restore access to your site.

    Then, I recommend reporting the problem at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/otter-blocks so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

    Now it works perfectly.
    And I could come back also to my WP settings …
    Now, I will designe my new website with WP.
