Problem Translating Single and Plural Forms

    When there is single and plural form like: comment 1, comments %1s, A blue button appears below named “Other” which I think is supposed to change translation string from single to plural but it doesnt do anything!

    You will get tabs for the plural forms available in the specific target language. Only seeing “Other” means there is only one form (like Chinese). What language is this with regard to?

    I have the same request for a portfolio category.
    I find 2 tabs in souce text:
    Single: Category
    Plural: Categories

    And in traslation:
    One
    Other

    I fill the tabs but doesnt do anything.
