Problem uploading documents via FTP

I have very big documents for my clients to download from my webpage (10 to 100MB), so I have to upload them via FTP, I put them in the right folder (/wp-content/uploads/sp-client-document-manager) with other documents I uploaded via admin web, and I can see all of them when watching by filezilla (ftp), but i can´t see files on the web, only see the files I uploaded via web.
I need help please!!
