Problem uploading files

    Hi. Using WP E-Commerce plug in and trying to upload a photo of a product and get this error message. Can anyone help?

    Unable to create directory /var/www/vhosts/selleriestpierre.com/httpdocs/wp-content/uploads/2011/05. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    I use Filezilla and I’ve checked the permissions but perhaps I didn’t check the correct files?
