Problem using the plugin in multi-site

Hello

I love this plugin. Been using it for a while now. However, as I started creating a multi-site network (with sub-folders), I am running into some issues. More specifically, when in a subfolder such as site.com/subfolder/wp-admin and I go to the plugin’s settings page, whenever I try to change anything on that page, I’m redirected to the site.com/wp-admin interface instead of the site.com/subfolder/wp-admin.

Do you know where this comes from?
