Problem using XML

Hi !

I’m trying using this wordpress plugin by using XML but i don”t clearly understand how it seems to work T_T
I’ve installed it but all i can see is a black area. I think it’s because the path i have entered is wrong but i do not understand where i should put the xml file and the folder containing my images…
Can someone help me ?
