    Hello, I don’t understand why — or maybe I do — one of my listings on Booking is not being loaded into the reviews plugin.
    The link is like this: https://www.booking.com/hotel/it/HOTELNAME.IT.html

    I’m wondering if the consecutive .IT and .HTML might be causing issues. At the moment, no reviews are showing, even though there are 155 of them. It seems as if there is some conflict with the name HOTELNAME.IT.

    How can I fix this?

    The apartment has reviews but your widget says they aren’t there.

    same problem. This is the red alert:

    While downloading the reviews, we noticed that your connected page was not found.
    If it really exists, please contact us to resolve the issue or try to connect it again.
