    How is it going?

I am using the free version of the plugin, and add the deposit to the product to be a percentage of the total price, check the option where the deposit is forced, and then pay the debt, but at the time of placing the order paying with stripe, the total amount of the product is charged and not just the deposit, I need some configuration? or I should do here?

    Hello,
Please follow this article if you are using block-based checkout https://www.codeixer.com/docs/switch-back-to-woocommerce-classic-cart-checkout/

Hello, thank you very much for the answer. I tried, but the same thing happens. In the shopping cart, I see the value of the deposit as on the checkout page, but at the time of final checkout, Stripe charges me the total value, not just the deposit. In the plugin settings, I see this option. Do I need to buy the premium version for this to work? And I will use PayPal too, so my question is, will the plugin charge only the deposit with PayPal as well?

Sorry, the site did not load the image. The option I mentioned earlier is in checkout mode and is the force deposit option.

What do you think I can do? because he shows the amount in the checkout and in the shopping cart but he keeps charging the total amount and not the deposit.

    Hi,

It’s possible that there could be an issue with your theme or another plugin causing a conflict.

    How to test for conflicts:

The best way to determine if a theme and/or plugin is causing the issue is to:

    1. Temporarily switch your theme to WordPress Default theme.
    2. Try to reproduce the problem. If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
    3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.
    4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
    5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

If it does, it’s likely a conflict with your current theme or one of the plugins.

I hope this information is helpful to you.
