    Dear @andyfrancis15,

    Thank you for your topic.

We would like to ask you to provide us with the link where the given quiz is located. Please make sure that it is open for the guests so that we will be able to check it.

Also, I would like to know do you mean the Exit button by saying the back button?

And if possible, could you please give us more clarifications such as screenshots, videos concerning your case.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thank you.

    Hi,
Im sorry, because it is a school with pupils I can’t give access but the issue is quite straight forward. If a user is half way through the quiz and they decide to come back later to finish, if they click to go back to the previous screen they cannot come back to complete the quiz. In fact they get a message saying they have already passed but there is no result in the back end.

    Dear @andyfrancis15,

    Thank you for your reply.

We completely understand where the issue comes from.

You have activated the limitation option so the users can pass the quiz only once.
We have the Turn on extra security check option, so when the attempt limit of the quiz has reached, and a user tries to open your quiz in more than one tab concurrently, the results of their additional attempt will not be saved.

    See the screenshot: https://ibb.co/QCygwXP

When the participants click on the Start Button, it already counts as an attempt, that is why when the page is refreshing or they are moving to another screen, after getting back to the Quiz the system displays the limitation message.

After disabling this option the issue may be solved partly.

Unfortunately, at the moment we do not have the resume functionality, which can allow users to not finish the quiz and move to another page then after getting back to it continue passing the quiz.

We will let you know if we add this function in our upcoming updates.

    Thank you.
