Problem when I add new users
-
Hello,
I added a new editor and because of the ranking of this plugin, the user cannot access the dashboard. He gets an insufficient permissions warning. How can I disable the ranking for the users that I create through my administrator account? Even though I tried changing the ranking for that user, the problem won’t go away. I think the ranking should only be enabled for users that want to post questions.
Thanks!

Its not due to ranking, its due to user role.
None of the AnsPress user role can access to wp-admin, as all editing and moderation can be done from front end.
Already working on improving this feature, new update will be available on 1st January.Thank you for your reply. The problem is that before installing the AnsPress plugin, I added some Editors and they have no problems with the dashboard access. I checked their profiles and I’ve seen that in their case, no user ranking is checked (I guess this is because I created the users before installing the AnsPress plugin). But when it comes to the user that I created today, there’s a default ranking checked in his profile and I can’t uncheck it, as it is a radio button.
Also, when I looked on the Users page, there were two Editor categories. The first one contained the users that I created before and the second one had a single user, the one I created today. I solved the problem by moving the user in the other Editor category, but it’s pretty weird that this happens. Anyway, it’s good that I found a temporary solution.
There will be two editors role after installing AnsPress.
Ap Editor do not have permission to access wp-admin.BTW, thanks for reporting I will try to improve it and will make much user friendly.
