Problem when making Custom Types hidden

If we set some CPTs as hidden, it’s now very dangerous to edit:

• Other CPTs that are children or parent of the hidden ones: because you’ll lose the relationships
• Custom fields groups that are set only for some post types: because you’ll lose this setting if any of the post types is a hidden one

I guess it’s pretty straightforward what I’m trying to explain, but if there’s any doubt I can provide screenshots.

I really think this should be seen as a bug that needs fixing.
