Problem when use a new browser

    I use your plugin and it is the best for what i need.
    But i have an issue, i can see the video not in all browser.
    If i’m in admin i see video correctly, but if i make an anonymous broswser session video not working and there is blank space. Is there a way to fix it?

    Hi,

    What browser? Are you running any browser extensions? How are you making an anonymous session? Perhaps you can share a short video as well.
