We also will release this fix in the next update.

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent
The duplicate-check logic seems correct. The problem appears to come from YaySMTP producing output before WordPress can run wp_safe_redirect(), which then breaks the redirect headers.
Please update or patch YaySMTP, especially includes/Helper/Utils.php line 603, so it does not trigger the deprecated false-to-array conversion. Many thanks
