They said that the problem is that Paid membership pro don’t recognizes the key, would you be able to take a look?
Only a Paid Memberships Pro core license key that is purchased directly from https://paidmembershipspro.com/ would validate on the Memberships > License page.
Any integrations or Add Ons that generate an Add On themselves would likely need to be entered in a page that that integration has created to validate it and offer updates for the respective integration or Add On.
If that company is claiming that the license you purchased is a ‘Paid Memberships Pro’ license, then I’m afraid this would be false information as we have no affiliation with them and no one sells any Paid Memberships Pro licenses on behalf of us.
