• Hi,

I’d like to use this plugin but unfortunately I can’t activate it. Do you happen to know why?

It installs correctly. I can create a sidebar and put sth in it but when I want to activate it e.g. in the entries I can’t. I see only the list of places where it can be places for a second, and later I have nothing to choose. It looks like this.

My theme is Colormag. Can you help me please?

  • Hello @bodzior

    Hope all is well!

I can’t replicate the same from my end. This looks like a conflict with another plugin.

    Please run a quick test:
    – deactivate all plugins, except Custom Sidebars
    – switch to default WordPress theme
    – try to assign a custom sidebar again
    – if it is working, activate one plugin a time to find wich one is causing it.

Let me know how it went!

    Kind regards,
    Nastia

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I started with changing the theme and you know what? It works with different themes. I even didn’t have to deactivate plugins. Unfortunately, I need to use Colormag. Is there a way to make it work?

    Hello @bodzior

I’ve tested the free version of Colormag theme on my site and replicated exactly the same issue. I’ve asked our developers to have a look.

Once I have some feedback, I will update this thread.

Have a nice day and take care!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
