Problem with adding a gallery to a post

    Dear support,

    I am having some issue with using the plug in. I normally use the green icon under the visual screen of a post to add a gallery. It worked fine 3 weeks ago but it is not longer working.

    I can add the gallery to the post but after I click on publish I am sent to a page, within my website, saying

    That page can’t be found.
    It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?

    Any help? I did not change anything in my site except for typical plg in updates and the latest version of Wordppress.

    My site is bailalma.com and when everything worked fine a typically photo gallery is http://bailalma.com/sensacion-cubana-april-12-2015/

    Yeah i am having the same problem exactly. Everything was working fine. but now when i click on the Green Button to add an album or gallery, i get an empty windows and it seems that it is searching for something or loading something, but nothing happens.

    I am having same issue, after inserting gallery in post and click on publish button it redirect me on home page, please guide if anyone have resolve it.

    No I did not try the typical troubleshooting because I have 20 active plug ins and it all worked fine 3 weeks ago!!! I see that some others have the same problem, anything from your side (plug in owner)?

    FYI I deactivated already 8 plug ins out of the 20 active but no luck!

    I basically disabled (and re-enabled)nearly all my plug ins, including NextGEN Gallery by Photocrati, but still the same issue. Kindly try to help out from your end. Thanks!

    @fabsalsa – You may still need to ensure things work correctly at a base line of a default WordPress Twenty series theme and only NextGEN Gallery active … please let us know if this helps to sort things out.
